Our mentoring team has maintained their 100% rating in their Australian Service Excellence Standards assessment. This has been an enormous amount of work for Tricia and her team gathering and developing evidence for the assessment over the past few months.
ASES accredited organisations require external assessment every three years. The ASES program is specifically designed to help community organisations strive towards continuous improvement in their service delivery. The assessment focusses on organisational principles including accountability, outcomes focus, valuing people and diversity, collaborative work practices, evidenced based decision making and social, environmental and ethical responsibility.
